All you require to cook this dish is sea salt, dried marjoram, dried thyme, dried juniper berries, black peppercorns, anise seeds, one turkey, fresh rosemary springs, garlic, and unsalted butter. Finely grind the salt, marjoram, thyme, juniper berries, peppercorns, and anise seeds together in a blender or grinder. Now, rub the herb mixture all over the turkey and chill it for three days. Before baking the turkey, put rosemary springs and garlic inside the turkey. Also spread over half the butter over the turkey breast under the skin. Apply remaining butter over the turkey.   • Ambrosia Recipe: Ambrosia is one of the best desserts to be prepared during the Thanksgiving. The dish requires a cup of orange juice, three medium oranges, eight ounces of pineapple chunks, seedless red grapes, half a cup of shredded coconut, and chopped pecans. Blend together the oranges, juice, pineapples and grapes. Refrigerate the blend until serving. It can be then served in coconut and pecans. It is easy to make dish and highly delicious.

    • Apple Cranberry Crisp: This dish requires five large peeled and thinly sliced apples, one and half cup of chopped cranberries, granulated sugar, rolled oats, light brown sugar, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, half a cup of all-purpose flour, six tablespoons of cold butter chopped into small pieces, and some chopped pecans. Mix the apples, cranberries, sugar in a baking disk along with some butter. Take a mixing bowl and combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Sprinkle this topping over the fruits and bake at 375° for thirty to thirty-five minutes. This is a delicious as well as a nutritional dish.
